Meet our Head of Cultivation
Having a passion for the plant, Andrew started pursuing his career in cultivation at the inception of Michigan’s caregiver program. Over the years he became part of a giving community, learning from amazing growers who had already experienced the trial and error. After experimenting with various techniques Andrew was introduced to VEGANIC CULTIVATION, immediately becoming attracted to the most flavorful and aromatic flowers he had ever experienced! He dove deeper into plant-based organics learning about its positive impact on the plants, the planet, and the people; all while producing flowers with amazing terpene profiles….he has been practicing Veganic farming ever since. As someone who always wants to learn, Andrew continues to research and develop his craft, with a goal of becoming one of Michigan’s most respected growers.
A proud West Michigan native, when he’s not in the garden taking care of the girls, you’ll find Andrew spending time with Carmen, Eiseley, and Charlie! No matter who he’s with, Andrew is probably hiking one of Michigan’s amazing trails, or simply chillin with friends and an “All Day IPA” on a beautiful Pure Coast beach!

Johnny

“Go Green” sums up Johnny, but it’s deeper than just his love for Sparty. A truth seeker by nature, Johnny stays grounded by experiencing new adventures and connecting to mother earth. No matter the situation, his faith keeps him chill, especially when he’s with Samantha and Banks, or his loving family and friends!
Jason
Co-Founder : Operations
“Life has taught me that you can be decent at many things, but only a true craftsman with a few. With the creation of Pure Coast and our Co-Founders working as a team, each of us can truly focus on our strengths.”
Always traveling and driving fast to get there, good luck finding Jason because he’s probably on the move and getting things done. You may be able to catch him fishing or hiking somewhere in the “high country”. If you are lucky enough to hang with Jason, chances are he’ll be with his girls, Bianca, Dani, and Gabby or chillin’ around a fire with good friends!
Don
Co-Founder : Marketing
“I have always had a strong desire to control my own destiny. I am fortunate to have found that opportunity with something I am passionate about, and blessed to have connected with a team that has the same integrity and vision.”
If he’s not playing or coaching on a field, course, rink, or mountain, you will definitely find Don chillin on a lake with friends and family, exploring a beach, or gone Phishing somewhere. Whatever he’s doing, most likely he’s with Jen, Charlie, and his two Aussies (Wrigley and Bauer).
