Purpose Built Facility

Hybrid greenhouses are commercial-strength structures custom-built to handle variables related to the local environmental challenges. They allow a cultivator to utilize natural sunlight as their primary source of energy, coupled with technology to control the environment as needed. We partnered with NEXTG3N Greenhouse, a leading U.S. manufacturer of hybrid greenhouses out of California.

Upon completion, our facility will consist of (12) hybrid greenhouse and (3) head houses to support the operations of multiple class-c cultivation licenses. At full capacity, the overall footprint will measure just over 65,000 square feet, built in three phases. Each phase will require (4) greenhouse structures individually measuring 3,600 square feet and a head house measuring 7,500 square feet.

Greenhouses

Each greenhouse is constructed on top of a concrete slab and measures 14′ tall, allowing for 2,750′ of canopy space. Entering through secure double doors into the greenhouse area, individuals must first pass through air curtains to mitigate the risk of outside pathogens entering into the growing area. The greenhouse ceilings are made of clear tempered glass to ensure maximum light penetration and are strong enough to hold the light deprivation curtains, plus several lighting fixtures. High-efficiency fans, used for air movement and odor control, are wall-mounted throughout the interior and exterior of the greenhouses. There are corridors between each greenhouse protected with a 10′ x 30′ bug screen that contains the mechanicals needed for the greenhouse technology. Our greenhouses, built from roll-formed components, are both durable and efficient.

Head House

The facility provides an attractive working environment for our team members, including but not limited to office space, break rooms, and locker rooms. The entire design promotes teamwork, tranquility, and pride. This controlled environment houses rooms that require specific attention to temperature and humidity. The curing, packaging, trimming, and drying rooms are all separated by security accessed doors. These rooms are equipped with various air-handling technologies. Mechanical equipment such as the irrigation system, storage tanks, and water coolers are housed in non-production maintenance areas.  Shipping and receiving are intentionally designated to create easy access for both functions.
